From grabbing a mouse in his father’s office to mastering digital marketing at a young age, Shakshyam Thapa’s journey in hospitality began early. Winning multiple awards, including TripAdvisor recognitions, and excelling in online sales, he seamlessly blended his love for adventure, exploration, and service into his career.

Having studied abroad from an early age, Shakshyam realized that boundaries exist only in our minds. After gaining valuable experience in one of Nepal’s most reputed non-life insurance companies, he co-founded PathFinder Nepal, his brainchild. With deep insights into Nepal’s tourism industry, he envisions a travel service that offers customizable, tailor-made adventures, believing that just like clothes, every journey should be designed to fit each traveler perfectly. Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, Japanese, and English, he continues to push boundaries and redefine the travel experience in Nepal.

I am a proud graduate of St. Xavier’s College and Thapathali engineering college, where I developed a strong academic foundation. With a deep passion for travel, I turned this interest into a career by running my own vehicle rental business for over two years. In addition, I gained valuable leadership experience as the CEO of a plywood company for two years, which helped refine my business skills. Combining my diverse experience in management and my love for travel, I am dedicated to providing clients with seamless and memorable travel experiences through my agency. My focus is on delivering personalized service and ensuring every journey is both enjoyable and hassle-free.
